This morning (May 24th)  we went to school, then the calss split into two  groups, one group doing the interview and the other taking classes, a science classe (in English) and an English class.

 
 

 

 Spanish students then gave us a guided tour of the city, and some of its buildings, the park, the solar clock and many others...

 


In the Afternoon, we ate at school then from 2p.m until 5 p.m we had free time to use as we wished.

Then we went to the Roman archives. We had the right to anecdotes such as the fact that the Romans used sponges as toilet paper, that the name of Zaragoza comes from Caesar Augusta and much more.


 We were also able to visit the Roman sewers, Roman architecture, and a theatre.

The day ended at the restaurant, we ate hambugers and fries. 


 Ce matin , 24 Mai, nous sommes allés à l'école, puis la classe s'est séparée en deux groupes, un groupe faisant l'interview et l'autre suivant des cours de sciences (en anglais) et un cours d'anglais.

Des élèves espagnols nous ont ensuite fait une visite guidée de la ville, et certains de ses bâtiments: le parc, l'horloge solaire et bien d'autres.

L'après midi nous avons donc mangé au collège puis de 14h jusqu'à 17h nous avons eu un temps libre à utiliser comme nous le souhaitons. Ensuite nous sommes allés visiter des archives Romaines. Nous avons eu le droit à des anecdotes comme le fait que les Romains utilisaient des éponges comme papier toilettes, que le nom de Zaragoza vient de César Augusta et bien plus.

Nous avons aussi pu visiter les égouts romains, des architectures Romaines et un théâtre.

La journée s'est terminée au restaurant, nous avons mangé des hamburgers frites.

  Thusrday, May 25th Today, in the morning we had to wake up early because we had to pick up the Spanish Students at their school at 8 o'clock. We went to a castle by bus. It took us an hour and a half.     We were surprised because the castle of Loarre is in good condition compared with most of the other castles. We thought that the visit was going to be very long, but in fact it was interesting and quite short.          We tried some" medieval games". We had a really good time!     For lunch we ate a picnic made by the Spanish students and we came back.       We had a free time in the afternoon for about2 hours and a half.  Some people saw their penfriends from the last Erasmus project. To finish we tried tapas in some restaurants, just like the people in Zaragoza.  Today, during the morning, we cycled (for about one hour and a half) and then we walked. During our bike ride, the man in charge of leading us in the city explained us how the Romans built the city of Zaragoza around strategic water points.   During our walk, we were once again able to visit the Basilica Del Pilar. We also had the opportunity to go shopping and buy souvenirs. Finally, we went to the school canteen. In the afternoon, we visited the Goya Museum. a famous painter from the eighteenth century who wanted to denounce his times by violent paintings with evil monsters. and to make fun of the actors ot the society. Then we went to a restaurant and ate very well. Aujourd'hui durant notre matinée, nous avons fait du vélo (pendant environ 1h30) puis de la marche. Durant notre balade à vélo, la personne chargée de nous guider dans la ville nous a expliqué comment les Romains se sont arrangés pour construire la ville de Saragosse autour des points d'eau stratégiques.
